Macro Photography

I know this isnt really a london shot but this is my first attempt at a close up photo. I have always been interested in Macro photography, i would like to take photos even closer but I would need to splash out on a better camera.

Dont know what plant it was but it was red and tall. I used a Panasonic Lumix FZ5. Now that i have tried digital photography i can definatly see why the pros pay so much money to buy full SLRs. You pay for what you get, and the more you pay the less noise you should get...
